Staying in balance

Yes, there is a reason why we have muscles and they are not replaced by the remote control. When we move, we increase blood flow and increase our metabolism. These processes are crucial for us to stay alive. The more we move the more we allow our body to heal itself and maintain our life process.

The key to long lasting life and happiness is balance in every aspect of your life. Over doing anything is unhealthy. When you exercise, do it in moderation, do it as long as it makes you happy and you feel good.

Our whole concept is return to nature, simplicity and balance. We are designed a certain way by nature. If we go against that, we are stepping outside of balance and harmony.

The best and healthiest exercise is the same one that brings us back to nature. Stationery bikes or exercise machines do not exist in nature, but walking does. Walking is great exercise even on the cellular level. With every step you take you are in rhythm. You are breathing fresh air, you are moving your whole body, every joint and muscle. Walking is also the exercise that takes the least amount of negative toll on your body.

Maintaining your health does not take much, contrary to popular belief. Our bodies are designed to be healthy and do a mighty fine job maintaining our health. It is our intervention with that process that creates problems.

We are not "designed" to work on computers, sit at our desk, eat junk food and watch TV. Air pollution, magnetic pollution and nutritional pollution throw our natural healthy mechanism out of balance. Our goal is to help our bodies stay healthy by neutralizing this pollution.
