The route to SME success and wealth creation.

ManageMe for SMEs

Your own budget, run properly, working toward your own goals.

The reason 95% of the global 500m SMEs never create wealth is actually very simple.

They never plan for it.

They do budgets for the business. Their goal is the final numbers for every period.

So what? It is not linked to anything. It is an imaginary number that it is hoped will deliver the budgeted salary for them in the budget. It is not checking anything. It is not focused on anything.

The 5% that succeed do it differently. One simple decision creates wealth through the business.

They define their Retirement Requirement — how much they want to retire with.

Then they grow the business to the level that it has sufficient value to achieve a selling price that pays them out their Retirement Requirement. It really is that simple. A budget is not just for the business, it is part of the process to ensure you retire with the amount you require.

Fact 1. - It is highly unlikely to create wealth from your salary. You will generally live to a standard equal to your salary.

Fact 2. - 5% of 500,000,000 entrepreneurs globally over a 12 year cycle are claimed to create large wealth.

Fact 3. - Only 0.25% are estimated to be multi-generational family-owned businesses with 2 or more family shareholders who established the business.

You cannot run a business well without a proper budget, and a proper budget is not a guessed amount.

The ManageMe budget system guides you through a process that, once complete, allows you on an ongoing basis to assess how you are progressing in growing your business to a point that when sold it will provide you with the amount to provide your required Retirement Requirement after taxes and other costs.

Once your budget is up and running, you can invite your own external accountant in and give them permission to see it. This is your data, under your control — you decide who else gets access, and when.

As an optional addition, you can also take our separate Entrepreneurial Assessment. It highlights your own entrepreneurial strengths and weaknesses, so you know what to build on and what to improve.
